By far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! I bought a car from Anderson Subaru in February of 2024. They treated me well and gave me a great deal. I was in an accident in May of 2025. I called Anderson on Friday May 30th and they hooked me up with another amazing deal over the phone. I live in Gainesville Florida and I did not have time to drive up to get the car. They drove the car down to me and I had a brand new car on Monday June 2nd. They truly care about their customers and treat them with the utmost respect. This is the only car dealership I plan on doing business with in the future. I don’t even know how to begin...I have never felt more valued, cared for, or genuinely appreciated at ANY car dealership, service center, help desk, etc...than I do at Anderson Subaru. When I purchased my car all those years ago (my FAVORITE car I have ever owned, I should add), a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek is where my relationship with Anderson Subaru began. Adam Corey helped me navigate the purchase process, happily and helpfully answering the hundreds of questions I had (as this was my first time purchasing a car solo). After the purchase, he stuck with me, following up on the car and answering all the additional questions I threw at him. Great first impression made. Adam, and the other sales members, haha, still remember me and chat when I come in for routine service. After that point, and to this day, it’s the service department that I have been interacting with, and I have NEVER felt like I (or my car) have been in better, safer, or more thorough hands. Let me please start by give credit to the capable and professional service team working away in the garage area. Every time I get my Crosstrek back, I KNOW she is well taken care of. With that said, Gavin Green and Brent Holmes are like the maestros to this symphony of mechanical competence. Not only do they answer all of my questions and help my layman brain understand what’s going on and needing to be done with my car, but they also advocate for me anytime something is out of the ordinary, and ALWAYS ensure an issue is resolved to satisfaction. To that point, I feel that the average person struggles with trusting a service center, particularly a dealership center. I can assure you with COMPLETE CONFIDENCE that Gavin and Brent leave me with nothing but a warm and glowing feeling of TRUST and security that my Crosstrecks’ needs are being met and that everything will be made right. You, friend, can bring your car here, be it a Subaru or any other make, and KNOW: that you will never be taken advantage of, that your concerns will be heard, and that your problems will be resolved. Furthermore, I would like to give a shout-out to the customer service desk. Every one of the representatives are so helpful and considerate. Kelly, however, has always made me feel so welcome. I could be idly perusing the Subaru merchandise and I will inevitably hear a joyful “hello Mr. Rollins”. It’s not much, but the casual conversations and recognition really makes me feel like I am seen. Everyone is just so kind and thoughtful. As a welcome bonus, the complimentary refreshments, including tasty coffee and home baked cookies , amongst other things, are so appreciated. As a final note, and perhaps the most important point, is that Anderson Subaru and particularly all the employees that work within this dealership, make me feel like I am part of their family. It truly feels they are looking out for MY best interests. As the saying goes “Love. It’s what makes a Subaru, a Subaru”...and boy-howdy does Anderson Subaru live up to it.
